- The client will receive a confirmation of their purchase and a timeline for when the advertisement will go live on our platform.
- Goo Escorts is responsible for ensuring the advertisement is displayed as per the agreed schedule and specifications.
3. Refund Policy
- Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. GooEsoorts offers refunds only under circumstances where the service was not delivered as promised or in cases of non-performance due to technical issues attributable to GooEscorts.
- Refund requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected] within 24hours of the service delivery date.
- If a refund is granted, it will be processed within 7days from the date of approval.
4. Cancellation Policy
- Clients may cancel their advertising orders within 24 hours of making the purchase, provided the advertisement has not yet been published or gone live.

- If the cancellation is approved, GooEscorts will process it, and any payments made will be refunded in full or partially, depending on the stage of the order.
For cancellations made after the 24-hour window or once the advertisement is live, clients have the option to:
- Request the immediate takedown of the advertisement; while no refund will be issued, we will ensure the prompt removal of the advert from our platform
- Allow the advertisement to run for its intended duration, after which no further charges will be incurred, and the service will be discontinued.
5. Changes to Advertisement
- Any requests for changes to the advertisement (including content, design, or scheduling) must be made in writing and may be subject to additional charges.
- GooEscorts will make reasonable efforts to accommodate changes but cannot guarantee acceptance of all modifications, especially if requested after a certain stage of the advertisement preparation.
6. Liability
- GooEscorts is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages caused by delays, errors, or omissions in the content of advertisements.
- GooEscorts reserves the right to refuse advertisements deemed inappropriate, offensive, or contrary to our business values or policies.
